1. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Squarespace Payments.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

2. Shipping

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.

Currently, we ship within the United States.

Customers will receive an email once their order has shipped. split & type is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

3. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Each order is prepared and packaged with care. Due to the nature of signed books and personalized items, all sales are final.

If your book arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@splitandtype.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We never sell or share your personal data. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, design, and branding — is the property of split & type and may not be reproduced, distributed, or republished without written permission.
